Trying to build a speedometer in excel based off scores which range from 0 to 180 but the needle goes off the chart.
I want 5 sections (Grade) and the scores achieved are as below table.
Where am I going wrong?

divide E1 by 2, so formula in E5 should maybe be

=E1/2

play with it and see what happens. If the POINTER on the PIE is supposed to be proportional to the GAUGE, and the GAUGE is 50% of the PIE then dividing by 2 should work. If your PIE total is 360, then 180/360 gives the same result, wouldn't it? Regardless, I think you are on the right track.
