excel - sorting dates in column and table

Please kindly provide a formula that sorts the dates in column L from oldest to newest while meeting the following conditions:
1 Along with and according to column L, the rows in columns J to AD of the table should also be sorted, while the columns J to AD includes both columns containing values (J to Q) and columns containing formulas (R to AD).
2) The sorting of dates in column L and rows in columns J to AD should happen automatically. That is, when a new row or rows are added at the end, the dates in column L should automatically be sorted from oldest to newest, and the rows in columns J to AD should also be sorted accordingly.
3) Rows in columns A to I should remain untouched, i.e., they should not be sorted along with column L.

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
