Excel skills test for job candidates

I'm looking for a good, online-based advanced Excel skills test to filter applicants for a Financial Analyst position. I want to test for more than just Vlookups and pivot tables, and would prefer tests that require some actual work on a spreadsheet simulator, rather than just clicking on a list of multiple choices. Any suggestions?
