Hi all,

My question here is two-fold: Firstly, I have been asked to statistically analyse the customer satisfaction results for a pilot which has two groups - One, where the customer is asked a question by a receptionist before they are routed to the correct department; the other where they are not and are simply routed by the receptionist. I have daily CSAT surveys for both groups over a 7 week period.

Can anyone advise on the appropriate test and how this can be performed within Excel?
