Learn Excel From MrExcel, Podcast Episode 2147.
Well, in the string of keyboard shortcuts here, we can't miss the most obvious ones, the ones I think that everyone uses all the time.
CONTROL+C to copy.
That makes sense.
Copy starts with C, CONTROL+C. The C and the CONTROL key are really close to each other.
Easy to press.
Why is V paste?
Because it's immediately to the right of copy -- at least on US keyboards, it is -- and then CONTROL+X for cut is immediately to the left.
Those have been around for a long, long time, and then some simple formatting ones here: CONTROL+B will toggle bold formatting; CONTROL+I will toggle italics formatting; CONTROL+U will toggle underline formatting.
You probably have your favorites.
Feel free to leave those down there in the YouTube comments.
Thanks for stopping by.
We'll see you next time for another netcast from MrExcel.
