Excel Services in Sharepoint 2010 not displaying pivot table on refresh

I have an Excel workbook published to my Sharepoint doc library and it is set to refresh automatically every 60 minutes and I don't have it set to refresh on open. When I open the workbook in my sp library I lose the fields in my pivot tables, but the data is refreshing in the rest of the workbook. I also have them set to save the cell formatting in the table options. What am I missing?

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
