Hi guys

I have been searching and searching and I can't get it working.

I am using google forms and I would like to receive by email the answers as data.



I.E. Column A will be Name, column B, age and column C city. So I would like to receive an email for everytime someone's answer and be display as



"Hi

You have received the following answer



NAME - Mark

AGE - 55

CITY - ATHENS"



Can someone help me please?
