Can someone please help me to resolve this issues.<o></o>

I have been getting the Runtime error '13' type mismatch.<o></o>
Please try this process to get the error message and youwill know what I meant.
1st – Go to the userform and Select any item in listbox1 and click"OK" and then return to textbox1 to select a new item that is
when you get the error message "runtime error 13".
2nd: "CLEAR ENTRY" is not working, the message error
appear "runtime error 13" after you click OK button to start a newentry.<o></o>

3rd – the last one is that I am not able touse textbox1 to select from the listbox1 when my sheet2 (agency) isunprotected. I need to protect sheet(agency) to avoid someone to mess up my list.<o></o>
