Hello!

I have the following task and I can't figure an efficient formula:
Basically a report in which we can see the progression of some data points. Every day I take a snapshot of the database of all the entities that CHANGED their status that day.

MINI-SHEET:
Raport_Running.xlsx
L
20
Sheet1

Please give me some advice of how you see this being done. Also you think it will work reliably with database of ~50.000 rows ?

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Welcome to the Board!

It looks like your image didn't work correctly, as it appears to only show one cell (L20).

MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.
