My question is How to create a check list within a check list -
so basically if i have:

Required deliverablesComplete?
Business Case
Project Risk Analysis
Project Charter
Project Considerations
Project Management Approach

So if they say Business case complete Yes- then either a pop up with multiple messages come up or either a fillable check list with yes or no options or Something comes up that states something like
Is project purpose present
is business justification present
then when they finish all of them questions it will either populate the yes, or complete or what ever- if they don't answer all questions with Yes or (some may be N/A) then it will say not complete
____________________________________________
if that is too complication- then before they hit yes then have a box with multiple items pop up as a reminder- ( the items may be 17 different things)

i am open to other idea's as well

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
it could be a pop up form- or a fillable form- or anything really what ever you guys think is best-
another example could be like something like
take care of dog ( yes or no)
If you click yes then ( 1) Feed dog, 2) water dog 3) take dog out 4) give dog medican etc.) before you complete main task (take care of dog) i hope im making sense
