Not sure if anything like this can be done but here's the info....

Each cell in Column E has a scroll-down menu w/ several options. When the last option, "Complete", is selected I want the user to be asked "by whom" and to select a name to be put into the corresponding cell in Column F. So is it possible to prompt the user to select a name after they have selected "Complete" ? I was thinking of a question window popping up or maybe a notifcation to select a name from the given options. Does this make sense? And is this possible? Thank you for any help.

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
You could create a userform and then the form can pop up when a value has been selected and in the userform you can specify a list of names and once selected it can place in the name where every you need it.

Do you know about userforms?
