Excel / Powerpoint training question

I am not sure if this is the right area to ask and if not I am sorry.
I have found this to be the best message board for information and help when ever I need it.

I would like to learn Powerpoint 2003 and a friend would like to learn Excel 03 or 07.
We would like to do this with an online course or training video online or through purchase.
Can anyone recommend a course that we could do at home at out leisure on the computer?

Any help provided would be appreciated.

I would recommend the MrExcel 'LiveLessons' DVDs for Excel - available for 2003, 2007 and also for VBA and macros. Available at the MrExcel Store, Amazon and some bookstores.

I have not seen the DVD myself but I notice that there appears to be an 'Office 2007' LiveLessons DVD, that includes PowerPoint, at:
