I wanted to see if anyone has any ideas without going into a lot of details- basically i have 1 excel sheet that is updated with a bunch of information- this information updates every month to add in new items- with this excel spread sheet there are pivot tables (about 11 and i may add some more). These all get presented to Leadership and HAS TO BE presented in PowerPoint-

SO PowerPoint has (title of report and range so January- march then it will say January- April the next month and so on)
It then lists the current month we are in

On the multiple slides it has the graphs that are in excel on them- in order to update the graphs i have to go one by one right click the graph edit in excel update the new months information then refresh or update graph data etc.) then i go into the next graph and i have to do the same including update the new months information graph etc-

Is there a way to update all graphs at the same time with the new numbers? i am thinking either by links i would have to play around with it or making a micro that will be a long recording micro that takes 1 list copies to other and so on? i am just not sure what the best way is them are just thoughts and may be totally different from what your idea's are PLEASE list your idea's below-

Note: i know the title i will prob have to keep updating manual and a few other parts in the powerpoint which isn't a issue-

thanks,
