Excel pivot table question

Gurus,
how do I create a pivot table that looks like below? I was having trouble with creating the 'Roller Coaster' column. And also the way that the Design filter is below the ‘Type' filter in another section. Thank you !

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Putting design in Column field option will give you the layout showing filter you are looking for

Slight variation of @Kerryx's showing the Roller Coaster column below:
Also if you haven't opted for the Classic View, then you will want to Design > Report Layout > Show in Tabular View.
You will also want to turn subtotals off by right clicking in the Amusement column and toggling off subtotals.
