Excel pivot table display data

I have two sets of IP addresses in my pivot table
How can I make the pivot table show all rows of data

How it displays at this time is the 1st line of data then a blank row below it.

Design > Report Layout > Repeat all item labels maybe? Or perhaps Show in Design > Report Layout > Tabular Form
