Excel Perforamnce Issues

Has anyone else noticed that offi efor excel is vastly slower and more unstable than 2013/2010. I have multiple users that are experiencing lock ups, hanging and even white screens after moving from 2013 to 365. Some of these issues have been resolved in build 1807 compared to the dreadful state of 1803. I just wanted to see if you guys have had similar thoughts on this?
