I need to create an order form excel, but don't know where to start!!

I would need a drop down list that would have, for example, small set, medium set and large set.

When one of these is selected I want this to generate an order, so for 'small set' it would auto complete an order for 1 small box, packaging tape, labels.

HELP!!

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
Hi Emma,

Welcome to MrExcel the best excel site around.

I think that you will need to provide a little bit more information for this to be resolved.

1. How many real items will you want in your drop down list?
2. How many different items do you have, eg packaging tape, labels etc
3. How do you know how many of these items need to be placed on the order form?
4. Do you have a Master sheet that contains ALL your data?

The clearer and accurate the information you give the easier it is for people to help.

I look forward to helping you (if I can ;)).
