Hi all,
It's possible to protect a workbook in such a way that only certain individuals are able to edit particular cells (Review tab, "Allow Users to Edit Ranges", and so on) however uploading this spreadsheet to my organisations O365 results in Excel Online seemingly ignoring these permissions. Excel Online abides by the fact that it's a protected worksheet, and also locks all cells unless unticked in "Format Cells" > "Protection", but the user-by-user granular permissions on the individual cells doesn't seem to work.
The environment is a hybrid O365 setup (onsite exchange now migrated over to MS) with azure syncing our AD infrastructure.
Is it possible to achieve this on Excel Online?
