Hey All,

I have created data validation fields in several worksheets. When using them in Excel Online, I used to be able to start typing and have an auto filtered list popup based on what I had input to that point. Suddenly, this autofill feature is no longer there.

Is anyone else having this issue and/or does anyone know how I can fix it?

Thanks!

Hi Fluff,

I did notice that you can do that. However, before you didn't need to click the dropdown arrow. You could just start typing and it would automatically start autofiltering... It doesn't seem by much but it is a big time saver to just be able to tab over and start typing vs. having to click on the arrow

MS have obviously changed something as a number of people have said it no longer works.
