I have a file I started working with today that one of the sheets is stuck and I cannot scroll on it with my mouse scroll wheel. The scroll bar on the side and my arrow keys still work.
Often this is a freeze panes issue, I have removed freeze panes and it is still not scrolling.
The file is scrolling on other sheets and other excel files, so it is not a scroll lock issue.
This file is a saved off copy of another version of this file (monthly financials) and the previous version of the file scrolls without issue on this sheet.
Any ideas?
