Hello,

I'm having trouble running formulas in Excel. While using just one worksheet, the issue I'm having is I get the message 'Calculating (4 Processor(s)): 0%. I've set the Calculation Option to Manual within Excel yet it doesn't make a difference. It's taking about half an hour just to save a file. To run a simple formula such as '=SUMPRODUCT(--(F:F=F2),E:E)' it's taking more than 20 minutes (not using array formulas at this point). I've tried switching to a new laptop as well thinking it may be a memory issue, which did not make a difference. The worksheet has about 170,000 rows with 6 columns. I've previously used array formulas such as 'SUMIFS($S$2:$S$3406,$CC$2:$CC$3406,CC1701,$D$2:$D$3406,MAX(IF($CC$2:$CC$3406=CC1701,$D$2:$D$3406)))' which have not caused any issues with a half the amount of data in the current worksheet, Is there anything I can do avoid this issue? Right now I simply have this one formula within the worksheet and I keep on having to re-open and close Excel as it stops responding after a couple of minutes. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
