I was wondering if there is a way to copy a payment schedule from a webpage into excel.

However I would like the data altered / filtered. When Copying the information, it copy's a table in a Tabbed format like so:

02/06/2007 02/01/2007 $1,564.50

02/04/2007 03/01/2007 $1,009.05

03/07/2007 04/01/2007 $985.06

04/06/2007 05/01/2007 $985.06

05/07/2007 06/01/2007 $985.05

06/06/2007 07/01/2007 $985.06

07/07/2007 08/01/2007 $985.05

08/07/2007 09/01/2007 $985.06

09/06/2007 10/01/2007 $985.06

10/07/2007 11/01/2007 $985.05

I would like for the Data to be automatically applied to Cells C11 though C20. The amounts in each cell only, not the dates.

Like THis:

$1,564.50
$1,009.05
$985.06
$985.06
$985.05
$985.06
$985.05
$985.06
$985.06
985.05

Any Help would be Awsome!! :D

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
If you build a web query, you can pull the data into different columns. You will get the whole table; from there it's easy to copy and paste what you need.

Browse to the page you want.
In Excel, Data > Get External Data > New Web Query
In the dialog that pops up, paste the URL from your target page to the URL bar, and press Go.
When the page loads in the dialog, mouse around until the table you want is selected, then choose the destination cell and OK.

I copied your table of data and pasted it into Word.
As I noticed that each date and the amounts were separated by a space and not a tab.
I think if were actually a tab it might paste into Excel correctly.
But in Word I highlighted it all and Clicked Table / Convert / Text to Table.
In the bottom of this dialog in the 'Separate Text at' section check the 'Other' bullet and put a space in the field.
Click OK and you should have it all in a table.
Now you can copy just the column with the amounts and paste them into Excel.
