excel multiple if statments

Hello Everyone

i need some guidance with my workbook on IF formula
please forgive my english presentation/communication skills and allow me to upload my workbook here

i'm not very sure if i am right with my logic/formula, for instance column D:H
the formula in column D should be updated automatic if column O/P is updated by user

case A: normal
case B-D: when section 1 is finished on data entry, section 2 reflect next action, section 3 update by user if necessary

yes, is there any IF formula can use on cell D3:D8 if column O:P is entered?

for example:
when closing quantity is 9(cell H4), which is 1 lesser than opening quantity(cell D4)
so, i have to enter 1 in cell O4, then cell D5 will return to original opening quantity

on the other contrary, when closing quantity is 2 more than opening quantity(cell H5)
i have to enter 2 in cell P5, then cell D6 will return to original opening quantity
