Excel Macros and Ribbon in Citrix - Stays for a while, then goes away

I run Excel 2010 on Citrix XenApp and can't get it to keep my Personal.xlsm and ribbon for more than a few sessions.

I got my home PC to keep it for 2 days and 3 computer restarts via the web interface.

I got my work laptop to keep it for a little bit using the Receiver (we run Syspro and they say it HAS to run through Citrix). Bah.

My question is, is there a place I can keep Personal.xlsm and an exported ribbon that will load properly each time no matter what machine I log in from?

Heck, at this point I'd settle for having one on my laptop and one on my home pc.

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
I just noticed my Pinned recent files are still there. Will check my laptop tomorrow to see if they're the same.
