Excel macro to count the number of rows, divide them by user defined number, and copy and paste into different sheets

I have excel sheet with data in many rows.
And the no. of people working on the data keeps changing.
I want a code that will divide the no of rows equally whatever available into the number of people working on sheet that day. So that they know who is working on what row.
