Excel Macro - If Cell contains a character go to the next row

I am new of this Forum. I have problem how to skip the row if "SEQ" column has any character instead of a number as below

Sorry my last 2 rows are not in line with the first 3 lines. Basically if SEQ column has any character except a number ex 'abcd' go to the next line and start reading.
