Hi!

I have SHEET1 like this:

And SHEET2 like this:

2h390cp.png

So basically what I want to do is to automatically post SHEET2 entries to SHEET1.

The amounts on "SHEET2 column D & E" will link to "SHEET 1 Column D & E".
If you notice, "Petty Cash" have 2 adjusting entries, so I need to insert a new row to accommodate the next adjusting entry, then I need to "BOX" the 2 adjusting entries like below:

Then on "SHEET1 Column H" will link the "No." from "SHEET2 Column A)

Which SHEET1 will eventually look like this:

Due to my limited Macro knowledge, I don't know how to start.
I hope someone can help me or give some suggestions.

Thanks a lot!

Cant you just use formulas in the cells?

in Sheet 1, cell H1 for example. "=Sheet1!A1" and drag it across?

Also... I don't think you loaded the data correctly... no image appeared in your post.

Thank you for your reply. I'm not sure why the images did not load.

Here is my sample file http://1drv.ms/1jLbsNF

I may have use "=Sheet1!A1" and drag it across but the problem is the Adjusting entries on Sheet2 can be as many. and the entries can repeat themselves so dragging is not sufficient.
