Excel Links

Morning,

Every time I click on a link of an excel sheet, whether the link is local to the workbook, local to the computer, local to the server OR a website address, I get a security popup that says "Some files may contain viruses" and when I click "OK" it never loads (circle spins FOREVER until you click away and then it just abandons the process altogether).

All windows updates installed. Computer has been restarted. Virus scan has been run and found no threats.

Do not have this problem on any other computer utilizing the same file (which is on the server and accessible from anywhere in the network).

Anyone know what's up and how to fix it?
