I am trying attached a sample file using Excel Jeanie so I can my question clearly. For some reason when I paste the file here, it comes up as garbled file. What am I doing wrong?

It should show up as html code (which could well resemble a garbled mess) which will only look like your Excel range after you've actually hit the Submit button - try testing this out in the Testing forum.
