Have I missed some information on using Excel jeanie in the new forum? I seem to be having two isuues:

1. I am selecting a range, opening Excel jeanie and clicking the "Forum Standard" button. Works OK apart from the slightly strange part at the bottom giving the link to the Excel jeanie web page. Any ideas?

2. If I edit my post that contains an Excel jeanie shot, after the edit the sheet looks quite dodgy.

See this thread for examples:

Hi Peter

Happens to me too - I usually just delete everything from the closing table tag in the html the Jeanie produces. Means I lose the link, but I already have it in my signature anyway.

Thanks Richard

I just edited my previous post. Any ideas about the second issue?

Do you see the html when you are doing the edit? Or is it in WYSIWYG mode? It might be worth turning off WYSIWYG for the edit and see if that makes any difference (the A/A button in top right toggles between the two).

It may make bugger all difference though...

Richard, I had been using the WYSIWYG mode. When I tried the alternative mode the overall layout looks better, but I think all the asterisks make the thing worse. See:
