Excel Jeanie (Please try to help me ASAP)

I tried not to include "Urgent" in the title,But it's so urgent...
I know absolutely nothing about Excel Jeanie at all,I opened the following website and downloaded Excel Jeanie (Excel Jeanie Html the download button and downloaded the English version (They mentioned to close Excel before downloading and I did!)
Now,All I have is some files in "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\Library" with the icon of some cubes with one red cube raised and Excel icon in front and when I open them,Excel opens without opened workbooks!
One more thing,I noticed two new options in Excel (That does nothing at all!) called Euro Conversion and Euro!

If you still don't have it working, look on the Excel jeanie website again and on the left hand side click "How To".
There you will find guides of how to install/activate jeanie in different Excel versions (it doesn't mention Excel 2010 or 2013 but the process would be similar to 2007) and also a brief guide as to how to use jeanie to produce a small screen shot for a forum post.

The problem is that EJH4e menu isn't there,I'm using Excel 2003?
Shall I try to install the germen version....?
I tried installing the translated version again now,Nothing changed!

Thank you both for your time,All I had to do is to activate the Add-In...Thought I should download and get the result;Forgot it's an Add-In!
