Excel Jeanie cell borders

I'm using Excel Jeanie to display sheets in my posts. I have found that if you preview the post the borders for blank cells are left out. I'll post an example now...

Anyone else had this problem or found a solution?

Edit:
I can't post tables in this formum. The HTML isn't converted into tables.
