Excel in Sharepoint Library

Hi

I've got an Excel spreadsheet stored in a Sharepoint Library. I'd like to make clear this is not a query about a Sharepoint List.
Is there any simplish way I can sync that spreadsheet from one sitting on my desktop or in my OneDrive for business? The idea being so that I dont have to go to the effort of logging into Sharepoint Site Contents each time I want to adjust it.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
