excel import question

Hello, I am able to import my excel file, what I need to
do is overwrite the existing information in the table I
am importing too. The way it works now is I have to delete
the records in the target table to import my excel sheet.
Any suggestions would be appreciated....Thank you !

Create a delete query That deletes the records from that table.

Then Use Macros to automate the delete query followed by the Import (Transfer spreadsheet Action). You can also link your spreadsheet to Access, in which case the changes in Excel will be reflected in Access.
