HI, any help would be GREATLY appreciated:biggrin:

In Column A1 to 10, I have a series of currency ammounts (for potential sales values);
In column B1 to 10, I have a "yes" or "no" text to show whether they are likely to go through or not;

I've tried to use the =IF formula to give me a total at the bottom of Column A of the "likely sales" with "YES" in column be next to them, and for this to be updated as I change from "YES" to "NO" but nothing seems to work!?:confused:

Does anyone have ideas?

Thansk in advance:)
