Excel Hyperlinks not working

Good morning. I have an excel workbook with a table of contents that uses hyperlinks to other worksheets in the workbook. It was working fine, but now when I click the hyperlink I get the following error:

"Your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you."

Any ideas? Thanks much.
