I have a folder full of files I want to hyperlink in a spreadsheet. Unfortunately, I need to move the file to different locations on the same drive. How do I do this so I am not constantly updating the hyperlink to its new location?

Thank you in advance

You can use a formula like =HYPERLINK(A1 & B1).
A1 represents the folder name, and B1 represents the file name.
In this way, every time you change the folder location, you only need to modify A1.

Another way,
Use ctrl + H to search and replace the folder name with the new folder.
