Hi, I was trying some things out and was wondering if it's possible:
I placed a Userform Type CheckBox in a wokksheet cell (I don't use 365 so do not have the new CheckBox feature)
I would like the Caption to be on the left side of the ChecBox itsself , is this an alignment or option or isn't it possible?
My version of Excel is 2021
Thanks for any tips and ideas

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Set its Alignment property to 0.

These are the only properties it has

That is not an MS Forms checkbox then.

I read it. You said "Userform Type CheckBox" which is an MS Forms (i.e. ActiveX) Checkbox. That is not one; it's an Excel Form checkbox, and you cannot do it with that type.

If you look at the designer menu and inset you can choose either active x or userform type do, my choice was as I said and it’s on a worksheet, but it’s clear that this type has its limitations will try it another way
Thanks for looking and replying

It says 'Form controls' but those are not the controls you use on userforms (which are activex), they are the old Form controls (originally for Dialogs).

Solution
Well, it was worth the try since this Dialogs checkbox as you say is in some ways easier to use but also has the setback that it can me moved by accident while the ActiveX needs extra steps to actually manage it.
Thanks for the tips and explanation. Learnt something more again these days
