Excel has started to occasionally reboot in autorecovery mode

In addition to the above. I'm now seeing Window's security Smart Card Select a smart card device. All my Macros are disabled. I went to "Services" and disabled anything that said Smart Card but it still shows up. My virus program is up to date. I even tried to run a restore date. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you.
 

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
