I have a Google Sheet where I can easily see which photographer is working on a specific day, at a specific time, hotel, and who the client is. However, the problem arises when a new lead comes in, as the data does not appear in the FG View that I have created. Can you help us solve this issue?

With the current formula available, clients who have not yet been assigned a photographer will appear in columns O:T with the same leads name. We often receive leads requesting photoshoots on the same date, time, and hotel. However, it won't appear in the FG View; only the leads that come in first will appear in the FG View. also tried with chatgpt, but it seems like i dont provide a good prompt/explanation for it.

Attached is the google sheet file and visualization of the output I desire : FG View Sheet

thank you so much in advance

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Why not zoom out of the sheet and then you will see it.
