Hi All

Apologies upfront I cannot use XL2BB as its blocked on my work computer

Im creating an in cell Gantt Chart using conditional formatting and a dynamic date range. ( I know other ms products are better suited but not everyone has access to them to view the data)

Currently I use a macro that pulls the data from another sheet and puts the detail against the respective task and use this conditional formatting formula "=AND(J$5>=$E9, J$5<=$F9)". but this is only effective for 1 instance of task per row and sometimes i might have say 3 exams scheduled in 56 day window.

Is there a method of using conditional formatting to use a start and completion date from another sheet but in range of over 2000 rows?

Thanks
