Excel Freeze Questions

Hello

We use Excel 2106 via office 365.

We have had countless issue with excel freezing. We have tried a lot of things and nothing seems to really fix it. The freezing isn't consistent, they happen when moving from cell to cell or saving, etc.

• We have turned off annual updates and went to semi annual.
• We have turned of hardware acceleration
• Turned off DDE
• Disabled cortana

All of our machines run Windows 10, have 8GB of RAM and use SSD hard drives

any help would be appreciated.

Did you try repairing the Office installation?

yes we have repaired the installation on everyone's computers that have the excel issues. The freezing still happens.
