Excel Forum Add-In - Xlbb

I tried adding this to my Excel and it works but when I close out of Excel, it disappears from my ribbon header. When I browse add-ins, it shows Xlbb checked but I still cannot see or use it.

Any ideas?

Where did you extract the file to? Excel may not be able to relocate the file.

My desktop at first but then I moved it to:

C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns

Try removing it from your add ins, then reinstalling it from the new (permanent) location

I did that twice in C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns.

Have you tried unblocking the add-in file?
XL2BB Disappears when Excel is Reopened

In any case, please make sure to uninstall the add-in first. Otherwise, it might be referring to a file somewhere else (like a temporary folder or downloads folder).

I did and XL2BB appears once in Excel but vanishing once I close out of it plus those instructions do not specify a target destination folder.

One thing I've noticed is that occasionally the "dynamic array function" message does not appear when it is. Here's an example of a formula using FILTER that doesn't show the message:
