Excel Formula

I need help to make an excel list of all 6561 outcomes of 8 football games please. The formula I picked in this forum has proven difficult to use.
=MID("HDA", MOD(INT(3 * (ROWS(H1:A1) - 1) / 3 ^ COLUMNS(H1:A1)), 3) + 1, 1)
Every time I run it, all boxes display H
