Hi, good day!
I'd like to seek some help regarding how to make different formulas for the Daily Time Record of an employee.
Situation: An employee logs in and logs out twice a day. Working schedule is 8:30 AM-12:00 PM then 1: PM to 5:30 PM with one hour lunch break.
Now, my teacher wants us to use different formulas especially an employee can log in before 8:30 or probably late. What formula can be used to calculate how many minutes an employee is late?

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Thank you for your time, dear.
Could you suggest another solution for example if the employee's shift starts at 8:30 but he was 7 minutes late, so 8:37, then he logs out at 12:05 PM not 12:00.
The he logs in again but 12:58PM then logs out at 5:31 PM,
what formula can I use for that?
Hourly rate is Php 100.00
every minute late is deducted from the employee's hourly rate.

I hope you can help me.
Badly need the correct formula

With

Start Time in cell B2

Lunch Out Time in cell C2

Lunch In Time in cell D2

End Time in cell E2

You can have the formula for Total Worked Hours in cell F2

Code:
=((E2-B2+(E2 < B2))-(D2-C2+(D2 < C2)))*24
<b2))-(d2-c2+(d2<c2)))*24[ code]<="" html=""></b2))-(d2-c2+(d2<c2)))*24[>
