Excel Formula to build out Combinations/Permutations of a series of numbers

Hi,

I am trying to create a formula in Excel that would dynamically build out each combination for a set of numbers. For example if I had the numbers 1, 2, 3 4 in different cells on the same row, I would love to be to determine each different value on a separate row. For example

1234
2341
3412
4123
1342
1421

etc etc etc

Is something like this possible? Thank you so much for your help.
