Excel formula to automatically create a Class Schedule

Please, I desperately need an Excel formula to automatically create a Class Schedule, regarding subject priorities (e.g. everyday German. Maths, Italian, and English have to be from I to IV classes in the morning).

Here you will find the document which I created manually and took me more than 5 hours:




Where to start?

How to make a formula to automatically fill in the cells of the class schedule without overlapping the subject and taking care of the priority of subjects?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
