Excel formula that incorporate cell for format and formula

Hi
I have a cell, lets called it Z50. In Z50, it is supposed to show the formula of A11+B11 but it should also has the same cell formatting as Z49.

I know the excel formula of Cell("format",Z49) but I do not know how to incorporate the formula in here as well. Please advise if it is possible..
