Excel Formula problems!

I need to populate a buyer's dashboard with data from a buyer's dashboard data. Note: Each Order may have one or more lines that need to be listed in order and both sheets are in one workbook.

Basically, I need a formula that will: Find specified buyer code (such as JDH) in Column C, then check to see if the corresponding row in column G is greater than 0 and if so I need it to list the Order from column B in column B on the dashboard.
