I have a spread sheet that I need some help with,
In cell I10, I need a formula that would input the date out of cell ,Input!G10 if the data is greater than zero and if it is less then zero then delete the row all together..

Can you tell me if that is a possible argument to perform.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Can you please clarify/expand what you mean by the following:
In cell I10, I need a formula that would input the date out of cell ,Input!G10 if the data is greater than zero and if it is less then zero then delete the row all together..

  1. Regarding the data being tested (i.e. "data is greater than zero and if it is less then zero"):
    • What type of data is this, and in what cell is it located?
  2. Does Input!G10 hold a date or data?
  3. Is cell I10 also on the sheet named "Input"?

Note that to delete a row based on a mathematical test like you've indicated will require use of VBA. Are you Ok with that?
